This past weekend Jeff's mother (Mom), brother (Chris) and sister (Abbey) all came to our house for a visit.
We all had such a good time. We relaxed in the house, had good conversation, ate good food and enjoyed each other's company. On Monday we traveled to the Brookfield Apple Orchard.
It was slim pickin's. We couldn't find apples that were close to the ground. Jeff started climbing the trees!
We did manage to find enough to fill our bag. Plus we had to get the apple dumplings for desert.
The creative Arnholt talent showed itself once again when for dinner that night we added a little surf to our turf! (its a carrot lobster)
On Tuesday we went out to eat and did a little window shopping for house decor' . The time went so fast and before we knew it we were back to work on Wednesday. Here it is Thursday night and what do we come home to?
